SJ-F300 series - High-Speed/Wide Area Static Eliminator

Eliminate static electricity for a target area of up to 400 mm at an installation distance of 200 to 1000 mm. Without the need for an air supply, the SJ-F300 is suitable for desktop use.


2× larger area compared to conventional models

High-power, wide-area fan achieves a static elimination area two times larger than conventional models.
The high-power, wide-area fan increases the air volume three times over that of conventional models. Moreover, the lossless structure minimises air resistance as much as possible. In spite of its small size, the SJ-F300 Series has a 2 times larger static elimination area compared to conventional models. It is especially effective for eliminating static electricity in cellular manufacturing assembly processes or from precision components.

2× faster speed compared to conventional models

High speed, straight louver achieves static elimination speeds two times faster than conventional models.
The newly developed high-speed straight louver has allowed the SJ-F300 Series to send air ions generated by corona discharge straight to distant areas without dispersing them. High-speed long-range static elimination is possible in a label packaging or filling processes. (Patent-pending)

Built-in automatic sensing and feedback based on I.C.C.

The I.C.C. method supplies the optimal balance of ions according to the detected electrostatic charge, so it does not require any additional calibration during installation or maintenance. This provides quick and effective static elimination.

World-first connecting five I.C.C. static elimination blowers with a single controller

For the first time in the world, it is now possible to connect five I.C.C. static elimination blowers with a single controller.
Each blower is equipped with the I.C.C. control system, so individual blowers supply ions according to the charge level when static is eliminated in multiple locations at the same time, such as in cell manufacturing processes, and when static is eliminated by multiple inspectors individually, such as in inspection processes. This enables the optimal static elimination environment.
