Dimension measurement of cylindrical type batteries

Dimensional control is very important for cylindrical cells because they need to be highly airtight. Measurement using optical comparators or handheld tools takes time, affecting the productivity and quality. The IM Series helps perform sampling inspection within processes. The total length, width, and depth of the groove at the edge can be measured, in addition to the outer diameter.
