Before filling, chocolate moulds must be emptied and cleaned. Filling a mould with residue inside may lead to poor-quality products, so moulds must be inspected for residue before proceeding with filling. The LJ-X Series performs image processing based on height information measured with a laser, allowing for reliable inspections to confirm moulds are empty.
