Thickness measurement on a roller (rough surface)

Thickness is obtained by measuring the height difference between the coated and uncoated area at the edge of the web using the TM-X Series. The TM-X Series is not easily affected by the eccentricity or thermal expansion of the roller and can also stably measure targets with rough surfaces by averaging the data in the measurement area.
