Notch position

Conventionally, a 1D laser displacement sensor is used to detect the position of notches. However, detection issues arise as wafers become thinner because warpage can prevent the sensor spot from hitting the notch. The LJ-X Series’ laser line compensates for any misalignment caused by wafer warpage.
