Scratch detection of gears, bushing, and similar objects

For metal parts with complicated shapes, it was difficult to detect various defects with the one type of lighting condition available with image processing. Using a laser profilometer to perform judgments with 3D shapes makes it possible to greatly reduce the time spent setting conditions.
