Static elimination while a fuel cell sheet is unwound

When a protection film is removed from a fuel cell sheet while the sheet is being unwound, the sheet may be charged with several tens of kilovolts of static electricity. Such electrostatic charge may cause wrinkles and pin holes, resulting in performance defects. The static eliminator can prevent such defects.
